Kopi4D is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We conduct age verification during registration. Any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be terminated and funds returned in accordance with established procedures.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at Kopi4D. Opening multiple accounts under the same person — including using another person's details — is a serious violation that may result in account suspension.
All transactions at Kopi4D are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via TNG eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX. Minimum deposit is RM 10, with withdrawals processed within 5–15 minutes.
All bonuses and promotions at Kopi4D are subject to wagering requirements, which are clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Withdrawals from a bonus balance are only permitted once the wagering requirements have been fully met.
You are responsible for keeping your Kopi4D account password and login credentials confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you promptly report a security compromise to us.
Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit software bugs, use bots or automated software, or carry out bonus-related fraud will result in immediate account termination and the crediting of any remaining balance at Kopi4D's sole discretion.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information in your account Kopi4D is current and accurate. Inaccurate information — especially regarding your name and payment details — may cause delays in withdrawal processing. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the funds deposited into your account come from a legitimate source Kopi4D. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are legally yours, are not proceeds from any unlawful activity, and have not been borrowed from a third party solely for the purpose of betting. Kopi4D reserves the right to freeze an account and request clarification if suspicious deposit patterns are detected.

Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier — for example, "20x" means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Example: A RM 100 bonus with a 20x requirement means you must place a total of RM 2,000 in bets before you can withdraw any winnings associated with that bonus.
All bonuses have an expiry date as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Any unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within the specified period will expire automatically with no compensation. Kopi4D advises members to check the expiry date of each active bonus under the "Promotions" section of your account.
Any attempt to exploit the bonus system Kopi4D — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, hedging bets using bonus funds, or colluding between accounts to improperly fulfil bonus conditions — constitutes bonus abuse. Kopi4D reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, and to suspend or terminate the accounts involved.
Bonus Notice: When you receive a bonus, your account balance will be divided into real money and bonus money. Withdrawals will be credited from your real money balance first. Please review this distinction in your Kopi4D account dashboard before making any withdrawal decisions.
All bets placed on the platform Kopi4D is final once confirmed by the system. Once a bet has been confirmed and submitted, it cannot be cancelled by the user except under specific circumstances outlined in the relevant game rules.
Every game and market on Kopi4D has clearly displayed minimum and maximum betting limits before any bet is placed. These limits may vary by game type, league, or market and are subject to change. Any bet exceeding the set limits will be automatically rejected by the system.
In the event of a technical error or bug that affects odds, payouts, or game outcomes, Kopi4D reserves the right to void any related bets and refund the stake to the user's account. Any winnings derived from an obvious system error are considered invalid and will not be paid out. Kopi4D will work to resolve all technical issues fairly and transparently.
All casino and slot games on the platform Kopi4D — including live table games, online slots, fish shooting games, and other games — operate on a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been certified by independent third-party auditing bodies. This ensures that the outcome of every game is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including Kopi4D itself.

RTP represents the statistical percentage of wagered money returned to players over the long term — it is not a guarantee of winnings in any individual session. The house edge is a legitimate mechanism that allows the platform to operate and sustain its services.

Odds for all football and other sports matches at Kopi4D may change before a bet is submitted. The odds displayed at the time you select your bet are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings — meaning the odds at the point of confirmation, not when you first viewed the market. For in-play bets, odds change in real time and the system's processing speed determines the final odds.
If a football match or sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or not completed in accordance with the conditions set out in the relevant betting terms, most pre-match bets will be voided and stakes refunded. For matches played for less than the required minimum duration, bet outcomes will be determined in accordance with the rules of the relevant league or sports organisation.
For parlay bets, all selections must win for the bet to be successful. If any single match in a parlay is cancelled or ends in a draw (for 1X2 markets), that selection will be treated as a "push" and the overall odds will be recalculated based on the remaining selections.
Account Security Kopi4D is a shared responsibility between the platform and the user. Kopi4D provides high-grade security infrastructure including AES-256 encryption and two-factor authentication (2FA); however, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
